Use of the Jointing Technologies website is conditional upon the following terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specified, your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is indicated by your use of and/or registration with the Jointing Technologies website. These terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy form our entire agreement with you and supersede any prior agreement or arrangement with you. Pricing
Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice the prices advertised on this site are for orders placed and exclude VAT and delivery which will be added at checkout.
Ordering
Jointing Technologies will ensure all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing, however there may be occasions where errors arise. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer.
Jointing Technologies will supply all materials in good faith and cannot be held accountable for any consequential damages caused by an error or situation beyond our control.
The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
Carriage
Jointing Technologies provides a carriage paid service to most Irish destinations for all in stock orders over €100.00 nett excluding cut cable orders.

Any orders below €100.00 will incur a €14.95 delivery charge.
Jointing Technologies are not responsible for consequential damages due to any late deliveries.
Delivery and Returns
Jointing Technologies returns policy has been created to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us and be in receipt of a returns authorisation number (RA) or your invoice number (IN) before sending any item back. Any product without a RA or IN number will not be refunded.
Jointing Technologies will accept returned goods that are unused and still in their original packaging. The goods must be returned back within seven (7) working days from date of delivery. A refund will be applied and funds transferred back onto the original credit card used for purchase within 30 day for all online transactions.
All shipping back to Jointing Technologies is to be paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund your postal fees.
Jointing Technologies strongly recommend that you fully insure the package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. Jointing Technologies will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Any credits applicable will not be raised until the goods have been returned to us and inspected. Any errors in supply by Jointing Technologies must be notified to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods. Jointing Technologies will endeavour to process refunds within 30 days from the items to been returned.
Order Cancellation
Jointing Technologies will cancel your order on the understanding that the goods have not been shipped. A refund will be processed and a credit applied to your account within fourteen (14) working days. Damaged/Lost Goods
Jointing Technologies try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products in good order you need to contact Jointing Technologies at the earliest opportunity. Export restrictions
Jointing Technologies export to all major countries however you are required to contact the company direct to place the order.
