You will own your territory, with bonus heavily weighted to reward your individual success.
The company is a highly regarded family business established in 1990, and is a specialist distributor of LV and MV power cable and accessories for utilities and major infrastructure projects. With over 15% annual growth year on year for the last five years we offer security and stability in a fast paced, meritocratic environment. Our success is based on building long term client relationships, technical know-how and excellent service delivery through the development our staff. You will enjoy a structured training programme to get you up and running, as well as the support of our Sales Manager and the internal sales teams.
You will be an experienced sales professional with a minimum of five years’ experience in our industry, with demonstrable evidence of taking responsibility for a territory and driving your own success. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to pick up technical product knowledge quickly. You will be highly organized, enthusiastic and target driven.
You may be in a large organisation, feeling frustrated at lack of autonomy and reward, or at a small firm with nowhere to go. Here you will be actively encouraged to take ownership of the role, using your strong communications skills and commercial acumen to quickly build relationships with colleagues and clients.
